Travel Costs: Stephen mediates in the following locations without charging travel costs:
Banbury, Bedford, Birmingham, Brackley, Corby, Daventry, Kettering, Leicester, London, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford, Peterborough, Reading, Wellingborough, and throughout Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, the West Midlands, London and Greater London.
Stephen will conduct full day mediations throughout the UK, but beyond the areas listed above, for example Bradford, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Nottingham, Sheffield, Southampton, Sunderland and Wakefield, would need to charge travel expenses.
Venue: One of the parties' legal advisors can often provide suitable mediation premises at no additional cost. If however premises need to be located, we can provide details of what we need for a suitable venue. The parties will need to pay for any venue charge (if any) directly to the venue.
